From Drivers:

  • Bangladesh: National ID (NID)
  • United States: Driver's license, SSN (last 4 digits)
• Vehicle registration details
• Bank/mobile money account for payouts
• Real-time location during active duty
• Earnings and trip records

From Partners (Restaurants, Shops):

• Business name and trade license
• Owner contact information
• Bank account for settlements
• Order history and transaction records

How We Use Information

• To provide and improve services
• To verify identity and prevent fraud
• To process payments and settlements
• To communicate about trips, orders, and updates
• To comply with legal requirements

• Customers and drivers (for active trips)

• Right to opt-out of data sale (we do not sell data)

Enforcement
